Camp BraveHearts is for children with heart disease. The camp director and your child’s cardiologist can help you assess if your child should attend camp. Camper eligibility is determined upon recommendation by a pediatric cardiologist and approval by the Medical Committee. Available space and staff will limit the number of campers we can accommodate. Applicants will be notified of their acceptance for camp by June 1, 2008. The fee for Camp BraveHearts is $ 50.00 with partial or full scholarships are available. Camp fees and scholarship applications are required upon acceptance to camp. Donations are accepted and may be made payable to Camp BraveHearts. TO: CAMP BRAVEHEARTS P.O.
